Our client is a financing solution provider that assists in personal loans and consumer financing for merchants. The client’s mission is to facilitate funding for life’s pivotal moments. With a culture driven by values like innovation, collaboration, and teamwork, the client has established a large customer base with more than 150,000 users on board.
Our project is just one piece of a comprehensive suite of solutions and software they deal in to streamline financing. We were tasked to build a portal for their specific audience group – merchants or trading businesses. The portal aims to offer unparalleled flexibility to manage crucial administrative functions, from customer accounts to servicing and collections.
The primary goal included providing a user-friendly platform to streamline servicing and collection and enhancing transparency between all parties involved. The product should fill the gaps related to traditional customer and payment handling methods by integrating technology into its current platform framework. This tech introduction can enhance scalability and sustainability.
