About Client

The client’s mission is to redefine kids’ safety and a worryless state of mind for parents. They understand the concerns of parents and caregivers when it comes to the well-being of their children. They approached us intending to deliver a digital solution that empowers parents and caregivers based in the US, allowing them to stay connected with their children even when they’re apart.

Project Background

We collaborated with the client to build a comprehensive kids safety web app and mobile app with simple login access for parents to start using. The main focus of the solution was to bridge the seamless and quick communication between working parents and daycare centers.

Objectives

Provide real-time GPS tracking of children’s whereabouts.
Send push notifications and SMS/phone call alerts to keep parents informed.
Allow parents to set up daycare schedules and confirm drop-offs.
Initiate emergency notifications if a child’s safety is compromised.

Challenges

Our primary challenge was to design an app capable of seamlessly managing concurrent real-time location tracking requests from numerous users without delays or system overloads.
Similarly, timely push reminders to parents and caregivers are essential to ensure they are constantly informed about their child’s safety and schedule.
