Adina Health is a renowned provider of telemedicine Medicare services, committed to delivering high-quality healthcare solutions to patients across the Minnesota United States. The client sought to enhance their telehealth services with a responsive website and multiple mobile apps catering to the needs of patients, healthcare professionals, and assistants.
During our initial discussions with the client regarding the telemedicine platform, we were filled with excitement for the remarkable journey ahead. Understanding the client’s requirements, we crafted a comprehensive project plan that not only met their expectations but also fit within a competitive budget.
From the strategic planning phase to the development and optimization, we approached each step with utmost dedication. Clear and constant communication with the client ensured that we stayed aligned with their vision throughout the project. Despite challenges, we delivered multiple apps and a website within the agreed deadline.
We initiate a series of discussions and brainstorming sessions surrounding concepts related to telemedicine services. This helps us to gather insights, align expectations, and define project objectives. This collaborative process lays the foundation for a successful partnership and sets the stage for seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
After gaining a comprehensive understanding of the client's requirements, we crafted a tailored solution. Our team of experts, including strategists, designers, and developers, collaborated to build a comprehensive platform that controls a complete telehealth ecosystem for patients and healthcare providers in the US.
We started by developing a responsive web application accessible through browsers, featuring login options for all user types: patients, providers, assistants, and a super vendor (Client). Additionally, On the client's demand, we created 3 mobile apps (2 in English and 1 in Vietnamese) available for Android and iOS platforms. These apps include specific UI screens for each user type that helps streamline workflows for telemedicine services.
